Bike Haus LLC ("AI Savvy", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through the AI Savvy service.

- Account data: email, display name, encrypted password (or social sign-in identifier).
- Usage data: lessons completed, quiz scores, scam-trainer attempts, chat messages with the AI tutor.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, log data.
- Support data: messages you send us.
Why we use it
- To create and maintain your account (contract).
- To provide the Service and save your progress (contract).
- To improve and secure the Service (legitimate interests).
- To respond to support requests (legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service.
- AI providers that power our generated lessons and chatbot.
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing for all purchases.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or your data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.
Your rights
