Bike Haus LLC ("AI Savvy", "we", "us") provides the AI Savvy service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AI Savvy is an educational app that helps adults learn how to use AI tools and how to recognize AI-generated scams. The Service is for general educational purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

3. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with the Service's security (malware, scraping, probing, etc.).
• Attempt to jailbreak, misuse, or extract sensitive prompts from the AI features.

5. AI Outputs

AI Savvy uses generative AI to produce lessons, scam-spotting scenarios, and chatbot replies. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for regulated professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any AI output.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, its software, branding, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

10. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Liability

Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), except where excluded by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updates.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
